Welcome Tracy Prosser

We are pleased to announce that Tracy Prosser will join The Shaw Group on Monday, April 3rd, 2023, as a Customer Service Representative reporting directly to Janice Sanford. Tracy will start at the Lantz site, learning the processes, products and details of the CSR role and will be learning the same at the Resources location. Our plan for our new CSR team is to have everyone cross-trained in both areas so the strength of the manufacturing team is maximized.

An attentive, and reliable professional offering 19+ years of experience fulfilling various customer service and administrative functions. Tracy practices exemplary planning and organizational skills, incorporating a high degree of detail while maintaining a consistent professional attitude. Most recently working with Wilsons Fuel Co Limited, Tracy had positive working relationships with colleagues and clients. Her commitment to customer service and her co-workers will be a great addition to our growing customer service team.
