Organizational Announcement - Shaw Brick

Josh Doucette has resigned from his role as Assistant Controller with Shaw Brick & Ven-Rez and will be moving on to an external career opportunity effective April 3, 2026. We thank him for his contributions during his time with the company and wish him all the best in his future endeavors.

We are also pleased to announce that effective Monday, April 6, 2026, Nimesha Kariyawasam will be stepping into the role of Controller. Nimesha joined us in the role of Assistant Controller in March of 2025, with over 7 years of experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. He currently holds his CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants), in the UK, and is working towards his CPA designation. We are confident that Nimesha’s expertise will support continued success for the Shaw Brick and Ven-Rez divisions.
