Organizational Announcement - Shaw Brick

Today we’re sharing an update to our organizational structure that impacts several teams and roles in the Brick Division. This change is intended to streamline our leadership in each of our core geographic regions and to better align our resources toward delivering an optimal customer experience.

New Brunswick

Matt Connolly is no longer an employee of The Shaw Group. We want to thank Matt for his contributions to The Shaw Group and we wish him all the best in his future endeavors.

We are pleased to advise that Glen Tucker will be taking on the new role of Regional Manager, NB / PEI, reporting to Dan Hughes, VP of Sales. In his new role, Glen will be responsible for the sales and the overall operations of the Moncton, Saint John and Fredericton retail centers.

In addition, Victoria Winters will take on the role of Store Manager for the Fredericton retail center, reporting directly to Glen Tucker. Victoria will oversee the day-to-day operations for Fredericton and continue to lead and optimize our local delivery solution for New Brunswick.

Nova Scotia

We are pleased to advise that Kyle Hawley will take on the role of Regional Manager, NS, also reporting directly to Dan Hughes. In his new role, Kyle will be directly responsible for the management of the Dartmouth Retail Center and will also oversee the Sydney Retail Center.

In addition, Collier Fougere will take on the role of Business Development Representative, Landscape and Peter Rizk will take on the role of Business Development Representative, Cladding / Home Builder. These positions will be based out of the Dartmouth Retail Center and will provide product expertise in our showroom, while also supporting business development with key customers in the respective product categories.

Steve Bigelow will move into a Customer Service focused role in the Dartmouth Retail Center and will report into Amanda Clarke and Dominic Dominic will move into a Yard Lead role, responsible for our yard team and the movement of products in and out of our Dartmouth Retail Center.
