The Shaw Group's IT Helpdesk and Infrastructure Support is back in-house as of April 14, 2022.

The team has been designing this service based on 3 pillars: Responsiveness, Reliability and Security.

They are also working on several new cyber security initiatives, project support, and several other priorities to help support the growth and evolution of technology within our company.
