We are pleased to announce that Paula Ross will join The Shaw Group today Tuesday, January 3rd, 2023, as a Customer Service Representative reporting directly to Janice Sanford, Customer Service Manager.
Paula will start at the Lantz site, learning the processes, products and details of the CSR role and will be learning the same at the Resources location. Our plan for our new CSR team is to have everyone cross-trained in both areas so the strength of the manufacturing team is maximized.
Paula has a proven ability to problem solve, manage, and meet deadlines without compromising quality while providing excellent customer service. She most recently comes to us from the Transport Training Centre of Canada, providing course information and enrollment to students, while scheduling daily administration for the campus. She ensures tractors and trailers are in good working order by scheduling maintenance and repairs. She has worked in the Oil and Gas industry performing weekly safety drills and has scheduled and tracked safety courses for crew members. With her various work and customer service experience we feel she is going to be a great addition to our team.
