Welcome Patrick Rutter

We are pleased to welcome Patrick Rutter to the Prestige Homes team in the role of Vice President of Operations, reporting directly to Roger Bastarache, General Manager.

Patrick brings over two decades of leadership experience in operations, most recently as the Manager of Strategic Initiatives at McCain Foods. He is passionate about building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. His extensive background in manufacturing, plant management, and strategic planning – combined with a strong focus on safety, quality, and team development – makes him a valuable addition to our organization.

As Patrick transitions into the VP of Operations role, Jeremy Howley will take on the role of Vice President, Operations New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island for Shaw Real Estate. This is a tremendous opportunity for the Shaw Group to grow this division beyond the traditional Halifax region. Jeremey will continue to be based at Prestige in Sussex and continue to provide valuable insight to the Prestige operations when called upon.
