We are pleased to announce that Linda Tran-Blanchard, P.Eng., MBA, PMP, will join The Shaw Group in the role Director of Operations for Shaw Precast Solutions effective August 8, 2022, reporting directly to me.
Linda comes to us with over fifteen (15) years of experience in the manufacturing industry in roles such as Continuous Improvement Engineer, Quality Assurance Manager, Governance Assurance Manager and most recently, Project Engineering Manager with Irving Shipbuilding Inc. Linda possesses a strong acumen in process optimization, change management and has proven successful in applying lean six-sigma methodologies to support business objectives. Linda has her Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Dalhousie University, an Executive Master of Business Administration from St. Mary’s University, Project Management Professional Certification (PMP), and her Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt.
