We are pleased to announce that Keith Maddox will join The Shaw Group on March 1, in the role of Maintenance Manager reporting directly to Graham Dean, working out of our Milford location. Following the appropriate transition support for Keith, Brad Matthews will then transition his focus and extensive process/equipment knowledge to Equipment and Process Improvement Projects working for me in the Manufacturing Division with a primary focus on Resources and Renewables.
Keith brings many years of experience having worked with Michelin North America in various roles in Maintenance, Engineering, Innovation and Human Resources. He operates with integrity, urgency, and adaptability. With over 20 years of managerial and industrial experience, Keith has gained valuable knowledge in the areas of safety, regulations, leadership, communication, and maintenance. Keith also has previous experience working for Fundy Gypsum and Iron Ore Company of Canada in the Mining and Resource Industry. With this insight combined with his strong interpersonal and technical skills I feel confident he will meet the challenges of this role.
