I am pleased to announce that James McDonnell will join The Shaw Group on Monday March 11, 2024 as the Director of Operations, Shaw Renewables, Belledune, reporting directly to Rene Landry.
James is an operations professional with over 15 years of progressive experience in all functions of manufacturing, processing and business development. James worked in progressive leadership roles for Moosehead Breweries from 2012 through to 2019, with his last role being the Manager of Brewing Operations. In 2019 he joined Hex Corp as the Director of Operations with oversight of all facility operations for a full scale cannabis cultivation and processing facility. In 2022 James took on the role of Vice President, Manufacturing & Operations for Breathe Biomedical in Moncton NB and most recently he was working as the Director of Patient Flow Optimization for Vitalite Health Network in Bathurst, NB. James has a Bachelor of Science, Major in Biopsychology from Mount Allison University and his Green Belt Certification from Symplicity Designs.
