We are pleased to announce that Johnathan Gerrits will join The Shaw Group on Thursday, December 15th, 2022, as Customer Service Representative reporting directly to Janice Sanford, Customer Service Manager. Johnathan will start at the Lantz site, learning the processes, products and details of the CSR role and will be learning the same at the Resources location. Our plan for our new CSR team is to have everyone cross-trained in both areas so the strength of the manufacturing team is maximized.
Johnathan comes to us from Midland Transport where he worked for several years in various roles. We are excited for Johnathan to join our team because his experience at Midland mirrors many of the tasks our current CSR team is responsible for. He graduated Eastern College, Supply Chain Management, and Logistics Program where he developed essential skills needed to succeed in a role that requires attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem solving. We believe with Johnathan’s experience and educations he will be a great addition to our CSR team.
