We are pleased to announce that Jo-Ann MacDonald will join The Shaw Group in the role of CSR located in Hardwood Lands, reporting directly to myself. For the last seven years Jo-Ann has worked with Construction Safety Nova Scotia. Her responsibilities there align very much with the requirements of the Customer Service Representative role here. She has experience with processing orders in various software systems, front desk reception, managing stock and inventory, shipping and receiving, and maintaining accuracy in documentation. Her previous experience with the Nova Scotia Health Authority has instilled her ability to pay close attention to detail and abide by the strongest of confidentiality guidelines. We are very excited to welcome Jo-Ann to the sales team and feel her experience and skillset will complement our level of customer service to our clients.
