We are pleased to announce that Glenn Murray will join The Shaw Group on Monday, September 18, 2023, as the Health & Safety Specialist based out of our Lantz location reporting directly to Bill Reid, VP Health, Safety & Security.
Glenn is an experienced HSE professional with a background of work in various sectors, including oil & gas, manufacturing, and healthcare as a former medic. Most recently working with CKF Inc. he is well-versed in ensuring health, safety and environment requirements and policies are implemented and adhered to by personnel and contractors in all project areas. Glenn actively conducted and collaborated in development of many safety programs and audits. As an advocate for health and safety he conducted worksite inspections, bringing awareness to unsafe practice, conditions, environmental concerns and acknowledging safe acts and good practice throughout the workplace and promoting a positive HSE culture. He is committed to lifelong learning and is excited to further broaden his knowledge and experience within health & safety protection with The Shaw Group.
