I am pleased to announce that Eric Neil will join us in the role of Production Manager for Shaw Renewables in Belledune NB, effective Monday, January 23, 2023, reporting directly to myself.
Eric comes to us with over 20+ years of experience in people and operations leadership, health and safety and continuous improvement. For the majority of his career, he worked in progressively senior roles with the Glencore Smelter such as Production Supervisor, Health and Safety and most recently as the Head of Continuous Improvement at Portovesme, Italy. Eric is a Civil Engineering Technologist and has his Brown Belt certification in Six Sigma. We are confident that with Eric’s background and experience, he will be a valuable asset to the Belledune leadership team.
