Welcome Destiny Desroche

We are pleased to announce that Destiny Desroche has joined The Shaw Group in the role of Store Manager for Shaw Brick, Dartmouth Store effective December 9, 2024, reporting directly to Kim Sonnichsen.

Destiny joins us with over 10 years of experience with Home Depot. She has held roles such as Department Supervisor, Assistant Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager Merchandising, and most recently, Assistant Store Manager Operations, where she focused on controlling expenses, analyzing sales and financial reports, and maintaining profitability. Her previous knowledge and exposure to Shaw Brick Products will make her a valuable asset to the Dartmouth Retail Operations. Destiny has a Bachelor of Arts in International Development and Sustainability from Dalhousie University.
