Welcome Chris Aubichon

We are pleased to announce that Chris Aubichon will join The Shaw Group in the role of Resident Manager for Shaw Living at The Kensington, located in Riverview, New Brunswick effective May 9, 2022, reporting directly to myself.

Chris joins us with over 10 years of progressive leasing and property manager experience, including most recently being the Senior Property Manager for Canada Homes for Rent. In his most recent role, he held a vacancy rate of less then 1%, built relationships with clients that resulted in an increased property portfolio, all while managing the day-to-day operations of leasing, marketing, and maintenance. We are excited to have him bring his knowledge and “get it done” attitude to the Shaw Living team.
