We are pleased to announce that Andrew Murphy will join The Shaw Group Monday, May 1, 2023, as a Production Specialist reporting directly to Conrad Zinck, (EIT).
Andrew has recently completed his education in Civil Engineering Technology at NSCC, after completing his degree from Acadia University in 2018. He has experience with concrete batching and testing making him comfortable working with and understanding the materials that make up a concrete mixture. His work with Halifax Regional Municipality gave him experience reading shop drawings and comparing with real-time construction. His previous work history and education both have given him an eye for detail and the ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment. We feel he will be a great addition to our Precast team.
