We are pleased to announce that Amos Mshelia Bitrus will join The Shaw Group on January 29, in the role of Maintenance Planner reporting directly to Brad Grandy, Maintenance Manager.
A Maintenance Planner with over 5 years’ experience specializing in equipment reliability and performance. Amos is skilled in enhancing asset utilization and managing maintenance costs effectively. Experienced in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) for risk-based maintenance prioritization and failure rate analysis. Amos’s most recent role was with Martin Sprocket and Gear in Ontario giving him the opportunity as a Maintenance Planner to reduce downtime by 15% while implementing long-term solutions to improve overall production quality.
We believe with the experience and training Amos brings with him he will be a valuable member of the maintenance team. Please join us in welcoming Amos to The Shaw Group and provide your usual support as he transitions to his new role.
