Tracy McNamara Promoted

We are pleased to announce that Tracy McNamara is being promoted to the position of Governance and Legal Services Manager for The Shaw Group effective immediately.

Tracy has been with The Shaw Group for almost 20 years and has played an integral role in the growth and success of our Real Estate companies, as well with the corporate team in their overarching governance, legal and other processes. Tracy has recently taken on a leading role in Corporate Governance initiatives after obtaining her Governance Professional of Canada Designation, GPC.D.

With Tracy’s extensive knowledge of our company, structures, and processes, she is well positioned to assist us in ensuring we are in compliance with ever changing requirements and that we are ready for continued growth.
