This award recognizes excellence in an organization’s OHS culture, with strong safety leadership, a commitment to continuous improvement, and employees who take accountability for safety.
We are proud to have developed a Corporate Safety Strategy, in which our senior leaders conduct ‘Leadership Safety Walks’ at sites other than their own for inspections. This initiative has not only resulted in increased worker engagement, but also helped us receive over 8,000 hazard IDs from our employees in 2022.
