Safety Alert - Time Change and Accidents

Good afternoon, As most of you know, we will be changing our clocks once again this weekend and springing ahead 1 hour. While this does not seem like a big deal for most people, statistically there is a significant rise in the amount of vehicle accidents, workplace accidents and even heart attacks in the week following the time change due to fatigue and our biological clocks being disrupted. See below for more information on this change and more importantly, some tips to help keep us safe after the time change.
