Parker MacPhee Departure

Good afternoon,

This email is to advise that Parker MacPhee, Supervisor of the Packaging Plant at Shaw Resources, has made the decision to resign from his role with The Shaw Group and pursue another career opportunity. Parker’s last day will be Friday March 4, 2022. We would like to thank Parker for his contributions to the Company over the last few years and we wish him all the best in his new endeavor.
