Organizational Announcement - Shaw Brick Sales and Service Team

I am excited to share the following changes to our Sales & Service structure which are being implemented effective immediately to help accelerate sales and enhance the value we create for our customers.

Commercial & Retail Sales led by Kim Sonnichsen

•John Nevan McCullouch has been promoted to Commercial Sales Manager for Shaw Brick. “Nevi” has been with Shaw for 23 years and is widely recognized as an industry expert in masonry. He has built deep relationships with key customers in our largest market. Nevi will now lead the Commercial Sales team for all business channels. Bill Gaines, Scott Morash, Kyle Hawley and Martin Dupuis will now report directly to him.

• Bill Gaines has been promoted to Senior Business Development Manager and will now manage all export business activities for Shaw Brick in addition to his responsibilities within the New Brunswick and PEI masonry channels. Bill has been with Shaw for 9 years and plays a leadership role in the masonry industry helping to advise on key regulatory items and liaising with government and industry groups.

• We are also actively searching for a new Retail Operations Manager for our Dartmouth Retail Center. The Dartmouth location is a large, complex operation with considerable opportunity for further growth. We are excited to find a new member for our team to take over this key piece of Shaw Brick.

Dealer Sales led by Dan Coffey

•Jonelle Rowden has been promoted to join the Dealer Sales team as Business Development Manager for Nova Scotia. Jonelle has played a key role in the Dartmouth Retail Center management since joining Shaw 3 years ago. She was part of the team that transitioned the business from the former location to our new Windmill Road facility and has helped us achieve record sales levels in HRM.

Finance & Customer Service led by Heidi Blair

• Heidi Blair will expand her responsibilities to now include leadership of Customer Service for Shaw Brick in addition to her role as Controller and Business Intelligence lead for the Shaw Group. The Lantz based CSR team will now report directly to her. This change will better position Brick to improve customer service and increase the value we bring to our customers under Heidi’s leadership.

• Josh Doucette has been promoted to Senior Accountant. Josh has been with The Shaw Group for three years and has recently worked as an ERP Analyst. In September Josh challenged the CPA exams and is ready to take on increased responsibility. In his new role Josh will expand analytics & reporting, help create a demand planning system, take over responsibility for financial reporting of the Shaw Retail Centers and fully absorb Ven-Rez financial responsibilities.

Steve Chiasson GM, Shaw Brick
