We are pleased to announce that effective April 3, 2023, Graham Dean will take on the role of VP Technical Services, Shaw Manufacturing Way and Continuous Improvement for the Manufacturing Divisions of The Shaw Group. In this role, Graham will continue to report directly to Jeff MacLean.
As we continue to develop our systems, it is recognized that there is significant progress required in, and opportunity to improve, our machine reliability and cost. Graham has had extensive experience in leading technical services and with his leadership, will help us make necessary progress in this area. Graham will also continue to lead our implementation of Shaw Manufacturing Way and will additionally take on the role of developing the foundations for our Continuous Improvement area.
