Since joining Clayton Developments in April 2022, Amanda McNamara has made a lasting impact through her technical expertise, and collaborative design approach. What began as a role in civil design and project coordination has evolved into a broader position of influence, and we’re proud to formally announce Amanda’s transition into the role of Design Manager for the Operations Group.

Amanda has deepened her knowledge of land development through Civil 3D design and emerged as a key contributor to the success of all Shaw Real Estate projects.

In her new role, Amanda continues to be a trusted bridge between the operations and planning teams, fostering alignment and clear communication across disciplines. Her proactive approach and ability to keep projects moving forward have been key to strengthening our overall project delivery.
