I am pleased to announce that Heidi Blair, Director, Business Intelligence, will take on the
Brick Controller role in addition to her current responsibilities, effective December 1st,
2023. As the Director, Business Intelligence / Brick Controller, Heidi will now work out of
the Lantz location, along with Josh Doucette, Junior ERP Analyst.
Heidi joined The Shaw Group in December 2016 as Assistant Controller for Shaw Brick and
was promoted to Divisional Controller in March 2018. Heidi was then promoted to the
Director, Business Intelligence for The Shaw Group in July 2021. With Heidi’s strong
background in operations and her detailed knowledge of the Shaw Brick division, coupled
with her more recent experience in Business Intelligence, she will play a critical role,
partnering with me, to help guide the business strategy for Shaw Brick. Heidi will also
continue to lead the ERP project for The Shaw Group and this will remain a significant part
of her role and responsibilities going forward.
