We are pleased to announce that effective April 3, 2023, John Kozuskanich will be joining Shaw Precast Solutions as Vice President, Technical and Special Projects. He will report directly to Ryan Brookman.
In this role, John will help strengthen the technical capacity of the business, advance product certifications, and support capital projects that will improve efficiency and operational excellence founded on the Shaw Manufacturing Way. John will also continue his corporate roles managing the environmental and energy initiatives for The Shaw Group.
John joined Shaw Resources in November 2017 as Resource Manager looking after sand exploration, industrial approvals, and land management. In addition to taking on more corporate duties, John also managed fly ash operations and Resources transport for a period. He has expertise in many of the raw materials used for making concrete, strong analytical skills, and extensive experience in developing software tools to help better manage production data and assist in data-driven decision making.
