Janice Sanford Promoted to Customer Service Manager, Sales

We are pleased to announce that Janice Sanford has been promoted to Customer Service Manager, Sales for The Shaw Group, reporting directly to myself. Janice will begin her new role on Monday, September 19, 2022 and will have responsibility for the Lantz and Hardwoodlands CSR teams.

Janice originally joined Shaw Brick in 2013 as a Customer Service Representative and has over 20 years’ experience including previous Customer Service Manager positions at both Wal-Mart and Staples before joining Shaw Brick. Janice has a Bachelor of Science from St. FX University and a Bachelor of Science, Nursing from Dalhousie University. We are confident that with Janice’s background and experience with Shaw Brick, coupled with her extensive customer service background, she will be an asset in this new role.
