We are pleased to announce that Brian Harvey is taking on the role of Development Manager, for Clayton Developments, effective immediately, reporting directly to myself. As our Operations team continues to grow, Brian will now oversee our design and construction coordination teams for our Operations group where he will provide guidance to a team of professional’s reporting directly to him.
Brian joined Clayton in 2010 as Coordinator, Municipal Infrastructure and has since been promoted to his previous title, Planning and Development Coordinator. Brian continues to be an integral link for the Planning and Operations Teams through the design of our communities and has played a critical role for the success of all our major communities including Kiln Creek, West Bedford, Carriagewood, and Galway and continues to provide his design expertise to our upcoming communities like The Parks of Lake Charles, Mount Hope, and Penhorn, to name a few.
Through his experience, Brian has developed a vast amount of knowledge of the land development industry and continues to share that amongst his peers including bylaws, design and construction standards, and best management practices. In addition to building communities, Brian has also built many great relationships and is very well-respected within the industry and amongst his colleagues.
