The health and safety of our employees is very important to us. As we enter the cold / flu season, we encourage everyone to ensure they are up to date on appropriate vaccines. We are pleased to announce that we have been able to schedule flu shot clinics at our Lantz, Hardwood Lands and Bedford locations. I am sending this email to everyone so you can pick a location nearest to you, to get your flu shot. Your appointment needs to be book through the links below. We were only able to secure a certain number of vaccines, this will be on a first come, first serve basis, please book your appointment now.
It is very important that you select the correct location that you will be receiving the vaccine at. The links are very user friendly, but if you have any issues with this, please let me know. For our employees who do not have access email, please have them contact me at 902-750-0116 with their health card information and I can sign them up. If these times / locations do not work for you, you can access the flu shot at no cost, at your local pharmacy.
You will need to enter your date of birth and select "Influenza" as your requested service. Unfortunately at this time, COVID vaccines are not available in a workplace on-site clinic. Please complete all of the required forms before your appointment time. You will receive a confirmation email from CanImmunize once your appointment has been set. You can manage (cancel or reschedule) your appointment from the link in that email.
