Introducing Online Doctors powered by Maple – February 1, 2023
Today, we are excited to be launching Online Doctors with Medavie Blue Cross – a virtual care benefit powered by Maple to support your health and wellbeing. This benefit is accessible to any employee (and dependents) currently covered under our group health plan!
Are you looking for health advice? Do you need a prescription? Now, through Maple’s fully secure platform, you can chat with a doctor via text, phone or video in just a few minutes. You and your family have access to up to 5 fully covered visits with a General Practitioner from Monday to Friday, 7AM to 1:00AM AST. If you contact a Doctor outside of these times, it will be subject to additional charges.

Enter your date of birth and Medavie ID and policy numbers.
After registering, you’ll be able to access General Practitioners on Maple in minutes.

Note: You should not be prompted for payment for your first 5 visits with a General Practitioner, between Monday and Friday, 7AM to midnight EST. Please ensure you follow directions above to get your account set up properly. Any amounts paid for a Maple visit will not be reimbursed by Medavie Blue Cross after the fact.
