Michelin Employee Tire Purchase Program

Prior to purchase, register your Credit Card in Michelin’s System as you will be purchasing the tires directly from Michelin, through a Michelin Dealer, this is done to ensure you are billed correctly and for the security of your credit card information. Please schedule your appointment and register your card within 3 to 5 business days before the appointment. (see instructions below)

Get Started

1) Determine the tire size and tread design that you require here: Tire selector

2) Find your nearest authorized Michelin tire dealer by entering your postal code in the dealer locator. The dealers will be listed in the order closest to your location. Select the dealer that best suits your tire needs. (3)

Call the Dealer

3) Call the dealer directly and check for availability of the specific size and tread design that you require.

4) Tell the dealer you will be purchasing your tires through The Shaw Group account number is 0371256.

(1) This program will remain active at the sole discretion of MNA. *

(2) Michelin will place a hold, also known as a pre-authorization, on your credit card of up to 5% over the estimated invoice price. This hold will be removed once the transaction for the actual amount has been processed; it may take up to 72 hours.

If there are any changes to the invoice, such as additional tires, parts, services, or ax changes, a new pre-authorization may be required to accommodate the new amount. Ultimately, you will be billed the discounted price, not the pre-authorized amount.

(3) At the time of purchase the Dealer will only ask for the name on the card, the first digit, last four digits and the expiration date. This protects your full credit card information for security purposes.

* Utilizing this program cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers provided by Michelin through the dealer. By participating in the program, the Shaw Group Employee agrees that the tires being purchased are for your sole use and are not to be

resold.

MNA reserves the right to discontinue, modify, and/or supplement all the policies, terms, prices, credits, discounts and/or commissions at any time without prior notice.
