DEPOSIT and CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations can be made up until 11:59pm the night before arrival.
NO SHOW POLICY:
Any guest with a guaranteed reservation and not registered will be charged 100% of the guestroom rate plus tax for the first night of the reservation. If reservations was made more than one night, the remainder of nights stay will be cancelled.
Arrival and Departure Times:
Our guest departure time is 12:00 pm (noon). Check in time is 3:00 pm. Every attempt will be made accommodate early arrival requests but will be based on availability only.
Parking:
Complimentary to all guests staying at hotel overnight.
Shuttle Service:
Picking up the Shuttle to go to Hotel
Our shuttle picks up at the Airport roughly 10 minutes after and 40 minutes after the hour, 24 hours a day. You will find a Hotel Shuttle Bus Stop at the Airport, 50 yards to the right of the Arrivals Doors.
All Hotel Shuttles pick up at this location so please keep in mind you can ride the Hilton Garden Inn shuttle back to the Hotel.
Going to the Airport
The shuttle leaves the lobby on the hour and half hour 24 hours day. We recommend people to ask the front desk staff at check in what time to be in the lobby to ensure all the guests on the proper shuttle. The shuttle it on a first come first service basis.
Restaurant Service:
Breakfast is served from 6 am until 11 am daily; lunch start at 11 am until 4 pm. Supper and room serve is offered from 4 pm until 10 pm, switching to a limited pub menu from 10 pm until 11 pm with alcohol serve until midnight. Our restaurant can hold 96 guest at one time, with request for group dinners, lunch or breakfast serve must give the Sales Team two (2) weeks to book the space and is based on the availability at the time requested.
It is the responsibility of the convener and/or meeting room guest to make arrangements to have any meeting room materials returned to their company. Items left at the hotel will kept for a maximum of 30 days from the date of the function. After 30 days the parcels are opened by the Receiver to ensure safe disposal according to contents.
