Additional Information:

• Rates are based on single or double occupancy. A surcharge applies for additional guests when the room type permits.

• Rates are net and non-commissionable, quoted in Canadian dollars and do not include taxes and fees.

• This agreement is valid until December 31, 2026.

• Rates do not apply to group travel or group reservations. Groups are defined as:

  • 10 rooms or more per night, or

  • 25 cumulative room nights, or

  • 6 rooms or more per night (specific to Le Germain Hotel Quebec) or more per night, or 25 room nights cumulative and 6 rooms or more per night for Le Germain Hotel Quebec.

  • Group bookings are subject to distinct attrition and cancellation policies.

• As a corporate partner, your organization has access to preferred group agreements and rates including discounted meeting room rentals.

• Added benefit: You may also use your exclusive rate for leisure travel.

• Children aged 17 and under stay free when accompanied by an adult.

• Well-behaved pets are welcome! A $45 cleaning fee will be applied per stay.

• All our properties are smoke-free.
